Hi guys,

 After emailing the WTPA secretary and waiting nearly a month, I now have a response regarding people who want to take photos at the Festival next month:

"Thank you for your request to take photographs at the 2008 WTPA Festival in August.  The committee has decided to allow still photography for personal use but no video or flash photography will be allowed.

So, that means yes to still photos, no flash and no videos.

Excellent.

Well it seems reasonable for them to make allowance for still non-flash photography.

At the same time, WTPA has approached the club and is asking for volunteers to assist with some simple tasks during the day. Tasks include being event marshalls and data entry assistants.

If anyone is interested let me know.
