Training Program
While wushu classes vary, a typical training session is divided into four parts. Classes start with warm up which consists of cardiovascular exercises and stretching. This is followed by kicking, stances and basic forms training. The class is then split into groups according to training experience so that members can concentrate on their individual forms.
Training Venue
All main classes are held in the Games Hall of the Sports and Recreations Centre, Monash University (Clayton) - Victoria, AUSTRALIA
For semester 1, 2008 (until further notice), the beginner's classes are held at the Hockey Pavillion, which is next to the Hockey court (past the tennis courts).
